We thought why not make April our Digital Experience blog posting month!
We thought that April would be our Digital Experience blog posting month, with us releasing a series of articles in the next couple of weeks.
The Digital Experience (DX) is the total experience that a user has with a digital product, be that a website, app or other interactive digital execution. We believe that the impact of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance added to User Experience completes this holistic, wider, DX function.
We will be releasing a number of blogs on DX topics covering what it is from our point of view, how using personas increases empathy within the design team and another on fully thinking through functional decisions when designing digital solutions being a few examples.
