Who We Are...

We’re always looking for talented people who share our passion for delivering purposeful digital experiences with significant impact, have a commitment to excellent client service, and most importantly, share our sustainable ethos and EPIC values at Istoria Group.

Our Positive Working Policy shows our employees that we care and value their hard work. As a result, our staff stay with us longer and feel valued, which in turn makes our clients happy and we are an equal opportunities employer… In fact, we actively seek out diversity candidates to join our business.

The Benefits

Hybrid working

Working from home has always been a part of our flexible work policy. We usually work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. Exceptions apply to staff members living outside a 40 mile radius from the office

Time off & holidays

Full time employees get 25 days holiday per year (excluding public holidays). In addition, we offer 3 personal days, 1 input day and 1 charity day.

Flexible work hours

Tiny Spark offers flexi hours for all staff. For example, if you want to go to the gym before work or pick your children up from school, you can flex your working hours to suit your lifestyle.

Employee incentives

Tiny Spark offers a company-wide bonus scheme and spot awards through management.

Mental wellbeing

We value our teams’ happiness and have mental health first aiders on board. Our future plans include a monthly Wellbeing Lab that cover topics from men’s mental health to menopause.

Social committee

The group social committee organises team-building exercises, and company parties twice per year, as well as cultural days/evenings out.

Our Story
