Client Onboarding
In weeks 1-2, your assigned account manager welcomes you and leads on taking you through the client onboarding process. Followed by a ways of working meeting and a kick-off session with the project team.

Discovery
In the first month, we would audit organic performance and explore optimisation opportunities. The audit results contribute to and determine quick wins and longer term efforts plotted on an SEO roadmap that aligns with your organisational goals. The roadmap will include a mix of outreach link building, Digital PR, algorithmically-aligned content, technical SEO and data analytics!

Compatability
In months two – four, we start on the strategy roadmap and plan – our blueprint for the way forward. We then look at house-cleaning – stabilising your site architecture and taxonomy and then work on ranking research to prepare, monitor and then report on.
We would provide regular reports on progress of activities agreed on the SEO roadmap.

Trust
Then, in Months 5-8, we then work on building your domain’s authority, developing your trust scores, optimising early-stage keywords that lead to noticeable traffic growth.

Authority
Months 9-12+ is where we see you ranking for competitive keywords. We work on your conversion optimisation and look to deliver on your targets via effective conversions.

Evaluation
In month 12 we would again audit organic performance and provide an annual business review report containing a summary of results achieved in the previous 9-12 months. Plus recommendations for the next year based on results, conversations with you on your future organisational goals, and where SEO can contribute.
